Cancellation conditions
Summer 2023
For the upcoming summer season 2023 the following cancellation conditions apply:
– Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival.
– Cancellations and changes made in the period 1 month to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged 40% of the price of the entire booking.
– Cancellations made in the last week before the arrival date will be charged 90% of the total price.
Winter 2023/24
In case of cancellation the following cancellation conditions apply:
– 2 month or more before date of arrival: no cancellation fee
– 2 month to 1 month: 40% of the total agreed price
– 1 month to 1 week: 70 % of the total agreed price
– last week: 90% of the total agreed price
