Our booking information
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 21:00, we ask you to inform us briefly.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Reservations
Your reservation is binding after receipt of the deposit (bank transfer/debit from your credit card).
Double room for single use
Of course there is the possibility of single use of double rooms at the Mondin. We grant you a discount of € 15.00 per day on the respective daily rate.
Prices
The prices are exclusive of local tax. This will be charged separately (€ 4.00 per day and person). The prices quoted are only valid for weekly bookings. A surcharge will be charged for short stays.
Room numbers
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room number.
Discounts for children
The following discounts apply for children who spend their vacation with their parents in an extra bed:
- up to 3 years free
- 4 – 9 years: 50%
- 10 – 15 years: 30%
- from 16 years: 20%
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
In the event of cancelation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Summer
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations made in the last week before the day of arrival will be charged 90% of the total price.
In case of no-show, 90% of the total amount will be charged or debited from the credit card.
Winter
Cancellations and changes made within the last 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price of the booking.
In the event of a no-show, 90% of the total amount will also be charged or debited from the credit card.
Cancellations and changes made in the period from 1 month to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70% of the price of the entire booking.
Cancellations and changes made in the period from 2 months to 1 month before the date of arrival will be charged at 40% of the price of the entire booking.
To protect your trip, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can find further information at europaeische.at.
