Our booking information
Check-in & Check-out
On the day of arrival your room is available to you at 3pm. Should you arrive after 9pm, we ask you to inform us briefly.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am at the latest.
Reservations
Your reservation is binding after receipt of the deposit (bank transfer/debit from your credit card).
Double rooms for single use
Of course, you can have a double room for single use at the Mondin. We grant you a discount of € 15.00 per day on the respective daily price.
Prices
The prices are exclusive of local tax. This will be charged separately (€ 4.00 per day and person). The prices quoted are only valid for weekly bookings. For short stays we charge a surcharge.
Room numbers
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers.
Child discount
The following discounts apply for children who spend their vacation in their parents’ room in an extra bed:
up to 3 years free
4 – 9 years: 50%
10 – 15 years: 30%
from 16 years: 20%
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
In the event of cancelation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Summer
- Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made in the last week before the arrival date will be charged 90% of the total price.
- In the event of a no-show, 90% of the total price will be charged or debited from the credit card.
Winter
- Cancellations and changes made within the last 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 90% of the total price of the booking.
- In the event of a no-show, 90% of the total amount will also be charged or debited from the credit card.
- Cancellations and changes made between 1 month and 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70% of the price of the entire booking.
- Cancellations and changes made between 2 months to 1 month before the date of arrival will be charged at 40% of the price of the entire booking.
To protect yourself from unnecessary inconveniences, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can find further information at Europaeische.at.
